A few mixed expressions

A few mixed expressions. Different media different subject and different style and techniques.

----------------- 1. Shameless leaders----------------

War between countries, and shrewd politics, and civil wars etc are created by political leaders. These are surfacing leaving rest problems down. I hate them. This is what happens by political shameless leaders, I sent this painting to make a cover design for International PEN magazine for their latest issue ' 'Context: Asia Pacific' ' but they published a nice bamboo grove picture and it seems they dont want to display the wars, terrorism, civil conflicts in Asia. They love to show Asia within Bamnoo groves which is associated with jungle, illiteracy and ignorancy. They dont see people in Asia are well cultured and no less than western countries, facing more significant issues. Is it racial attitude works after their mind when they write about Asia? who answers! Anyway, as an Asian I wanted to project our problems. A book cover generally displays the main topic in its cover.

I did not publish this painting for a year. I have other paintings on war , terrorism etc. too.

-------------------- 2. Flower Vase------
A flower vase, where flower stalk is drooping because a strange snake lives in there. the rest story you know, see the painting.
----------------------- 3. Moonlit night and Nude women----------
A world of fantasy revolves, I dream this with rest human beings, a male ego... throbbing and perturbed in the realm of fantasy, Its a mystery and intoxicating -- only dream and dont touch her.....

----------------------------4. A busy mother------------
A menial job she does, a domestic maid. But she has a moblile for her job contacts. A strange culture leaves our children unattended. Poverty is merciless!
-------------------------- 5. A flower Vase -(2)-----------------
I see this a shape of a cat (pet beast) some flower stalks are on top. Two question: Flowers are for showcase display or cats are. when we have time we look at flowers and enjoy, and the same we do at cats the both are for our entertainment. Cats look cute and beautiful!

----------------------------- 6. Young Married woman-------

In Hindu culture, Sindur, Vermilion is essential part for a married woman. a sign of marriage and dignity. Smearing sindur/vermilion or a finger tip on forehead, between the two brows . looks very nice. A long furrow like vermilion smearing starting from the top of forehead towards back reminds me a substance of fertility in woman kind, very pleasing and romantic.
